We provide opportunities to increase the child’s artistic skill, power of observation and aesthetic awareness.  Each child is able to develop knowledge and understanding of the subject through studying and evaluating the work of artists, past and present.  A variety of media are used by the children to explore the visual elements such as pattern, line, colour, tone and texture.  Throughout the curriculum there are opportunities for working with different stimuli and medias and produce art work on a large scale.  Children’s work is also displayed in Worcester Cathedral as part of a Voices & Visions Celebration each June.
