Year 4 have had a very busy time on boats and bikes!
The children had the opportunity to learn new skills with both, firstly by taking part in their Bell-Boating journey from Droitwich Canal to the village of Salwarpe. This was a chance for many of our children to experience being on the water instead of walking along side it and to learn the skill of using oars as a team to move smoothly through the water.
Then our pupils brought their bikes to school to learn more about riding them safely through the Bikeability scheme. Both days were a huge success and we hope to be able to show you more photos when Year 4 take part in the Bellboating Regatta later on in the year.
