This year, as well as dressing up as beloved book characters, each child took part in designing and creating their own "Book in a box", capturing a scene from their favourite story. 

The school then took turns visiting each classroom, displaying their wonderful creations, observing each person's hard work and discussing the book they had chosen. 

Throughout the day, our pupils enjoyed reading, book-themed games and story-inspired roleplay.
