Year 3 have been designing, making and evaluating cushions in their DT lessons this term. Their brief was to create a cushion made from felt with an applique patch sewn onto the front using either cross stitch or running stitch. They also had the opportunity to embellish their cushions  before stuffing and securely sewing all of the sides. 

Mrs David and Mrs Bowles were so proud of their determination to practice new skills and the finished products were amazing!
